After the Big 12 disappears, I envision the P65 shrinking to below 60. Many of the Big 12 castaways will form into a new G6 conference or join their G5 neighbors.
The kind of cooperation you are looking for, Chuck, is just not in the best interest of The SEC and The B1G, so it probably won't happen. They already make tons of money, and they have no interest in joining the ACC and the PAC as negotiating partners against the media companies. That would level the playing field for all four conferences. They have no such goal.
I cringe when I think of the bargaining power The B1G will have in 2023 if they can go to market with TX, OK, KS etc. in their portfolio. Insane, vulgar amounts of cash.
