Who would want to coach at Rutgers or MD? Plan on 0-3

against Urban/Harbaugh/DAntonio every year.
Penn State is only a 20% win.
And if you get Wisconsin or Nebraska as a crossover?
Better schedule real weak OOC to even make a low end bowl.

MD and Ruts coaching hires this year were everybody's 16th choices. No way they are in the running for coaching talent like Fuente, Herman, Richt or Smart - last year's biggest name hires.
Guys like Matt Rhule would rather stay at G5 than take Ruts or MD.
