Penn State would be the one I'd favor. They are Atlantic Coast, which is supposed to be what the ACC is about. We already have Pittsburgh, so that rivalry between Pitt and PSU would be great for the ACC. Penn State isn't going to excite any of the ACC basketball crowd, but what we need is another football anchor in the northeast.

Maryland's already been a part of the ACC, so we know they fit. Rutgers doesn't excite me. I'd rather have Connecticut.
