I'm talking in terms of network deals

Fox owns Oklahoma's third tier rights and has 51% of the BTN. IF the Big 12 split, it would be easier for OU to go to the B1G than say, Texas, where ESPN owns the third tier rights but Fox owns the third tier network.

Likewise it is easier in terms of TV contracts for Texas to go to the ACC or SEC where ESPN owns the third tier networks as well as LHN
