I found this quote interesting:


"Others have told me they wanna add as many teams as possible because the way the contract is written."

It's been stated repeated on this board that at present, the Big 12 is getting paid for 12 teams even though it has 10. So adding 2 more teams with make it a smaller payout per school, a disincentive to expand. But this quote sounds like it could be 14, 16, or more. I wonder if they blow everything up and become the first superconference (I'll define that as 16 or more teams.)
