If UT and Oklahoma want expansion, it will get done with or without a GOR. And unless the TV execs get involved with a renegotiation of the TV deal, there is already a GOR in place to protect their current investment.

We are either watching the future develop with 5 conferences maintained for the next 20 years or so or the beginning of the end of the B12. Whether or not they sign a GOR will tell us which. I kind of doubt either UT or Oklahoma agree to sign a new one.
