The way I understood it was


if you now have cable or other access to ESPN and consequently ESPN3 (WatchESPN), then you will have access to the ACCN when it goes live in 2019.

Right now I have the add on sports package (extra $5) for Sling and get ESPNews, ESPNU, and the SECN along with Goal Line in that extra package. ESPN and the deuce are on the standard package. Since SECN is included already, I am assuming they will just add the ACCN to the lineup once it goes live.
