Which 12 or 14 team leagues are better on the field?

Texas is WAY down than they normally are and will be, but these other programs have been getting it done. Oklahoma St, TCU, and Baylor are good. WVU, KState, and Texas Tech have their moments. heck, Iowa State is whooping VT right now in recruiting. They have two duds, but everyone else is solid.
