I'm thinking along the lines of BYUTV

BYU has their own "cable" network that they use to send information about the school and the school's programming around the world. They broadcast the school's home sporting events that aren't picked up by ESPN or the broadcast partner of the conference that all of their other sports but football are in. That channel is on DirectTv, DISH, and a lot of cablecos around the country, especially in areas with a high concentration of Mormons.

What BYUTV also has is a streaming "channel" that streams whatever is live, and previously aired programming. My guess would be that this is the model that the ACCN would be. A dedicated channel like the SECN that also has a way for you to subscribe to stream.

Price point? About $10 a month for streaming if your are not a subscriber through your cable/satellite provider which may drop the price down to a few dollars a month to see events not on the broadcast channel. Right now, MLB, NHL, NBA, and WWE all charge about $10 a month for their streaming services, but there is a commitment. WWE is a 6 month commitment, and the NHL/MLB/NBA are paid in advance, or the first couple months of the season, they are not going to take subscribers who want only a couple of months.
