Given the format Twitter currently uses for its tweets


I am curious to see how the streaming format turns out. I don't have Twitter, so I am not sure if someone can do a video tweet or not like they can do with a video snap. I would assume that the streaming technology would be used to incorporate video tweets or the technology for video tweets would be the foundation for streaming live broadcasts.
