Not saying the B12 will take them, but they have some positives that I have stated. As far as Lousiana recruits as a couple of the threads show below they have many Blue Chippers and NFL players. Some think pound for pound it is the best state for high school players. There are plenty of recruits that would pick Tulane if they were P5.

If Stanford, Duke and Northwestern can win 8-10 games a year, Tulane could with the kids in their backyard if they were P5 and had the right coach.

PS Stadium expansion is not that hard, if you are winning.
