already in a P5 conference. They feel they need to expand to try to get a network, but there is no way they get anyone to defect. Plus they are watching Baylor falling back to earth so they are losing a media draw. They may have a plan to see if the BIG grabs a couple of ACC teams at some point and then try to grab leftovers. If they roll the dice and the BIG takes ACC teams instead of OK and KS, they could still win the long game.
