Sorry, ACC and ESPN will not annouce ANYTHING until its locked and ready


This is extremely complicated; with lots of moving parts.. ACC policy is not to announce any initiative until its ready to implement with all pieces fully set up, and 100 percent in operation.

This will mean a longer period before anything.

Windows of opportunity for announcement. (ACC kickoff in Charlotte likilhood low- Takes away from the Football emphasis in the new city).

September president's meeting. (likihood high. all the decision makers are there, be good day to announce when they are there.
