to your question. The status of the WBB program, ever since Bonnie, has been a contentious issue. The contentious "camps" regarding Beth and Dennis are fairly entrenched, and will probably remain so for the foreseeable future. If you start getting responses, I'll post; but, I'm very reluctant to do so. My observations/opinions would just be one of many, and I cannot ascribe any more credibility to my opinions than others you might get.
If I might suggest, use the "Search" function on this board, and look for strings in which I participated. This is not to say my postings were good/bad/indifferent, just that it will help you locate strings with a myriad of opinions.
Your honest post/question might result in extra hits for TSL (which is good for Will/TSL). However, you might be entering an area to "take incoming." Hope this is helpful.
