Not seen the GOR. Have you?

Swofford took an ESPN rep with him when "selling" this GOR to schools like FSU and UVA. Those schools were being assured an ACCNetwork way back in 2012. The network still isn't here.

Furthermore, ESPN placing a logo on current networks is not a true network. If I were the lawyers for GT, that's where I would start. I would challenge whether or not they truly delivered on a network.

And even if the ACC does deliver, if this thing is a flop, then GT and others could easily point to such a lack of revenue that had been promised to get out of it. Anyhow, the two parties would settle somewhere on this thing no matter what.

And if the B1G is earning $20 million/yr/school more, then schools would and should consider paying out up to $100 million or so.
