TV$ won't move the needle at GT through the current GoR/TV contract.

GT would owe the ACC the actual (and very measurable) monetary damages of breaking the GoR...which at a minimum is the delta of the TV carriage agreements w/ and w/o GT in the state of GA.

If ESPN retains no interest in the B1G, ESPN/Raycom might actually try to invoke the full force of the GoR as well. After all ESPN/Raycom owns those broadcast rights.

It would set a standard for ugly and be beyond expensive.
