The WVU people understand exactly why VT did what they did in 2004...

and don't hold any of it against VT - they would have done exactly the same thing in VT's shoes. It was just business. The fans feel differently.

Plus, If WVU wants to get into the ACC - and they probably would love to, then cultivating friends and not enemies is the best strategy.
