It could get interesting....


if the ACCN doesn't live up to some of the ACC members expectations. Would some conference members vote to not extend the GOR, kind of like Maryland and FSU not wanting to increase the exit fee to $50 million in 2102? Maryland ended up announcing that they were joining the Big 10 less than 3 months after the exit fee increase vote. If any ACC member doesn't want to extend the GOR, that would be a good indication that they may want to be shopping around for a new conference in 2027.

Knowing the ACC, I would think that the GOR extension vote would be held privately and not announced publicly until all 15 members agreed to it.
