Good story on transfer Michelle Berry.

Provides insight into why she was under the radar for a long time, I wonder if she will be eligible next year or will sit out a year? I know that the traditional rule is to sit out, but I remember Sidney Cook got en exception. Not sure how a player gets an exception.
