If SEC was somehow able to add Texas and Oklahoma

then the SEC might be able to make a compelling argument to the Committee that it "deserves" 2 teams in the Playoffs especially if the conference has 2 or 3 teams in the Top 5 going into Conference Championship Week and the SEC CCG is decided by less than 3 points. The divisions would then look like this:

East Division: Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, S. Carolina, Tennessee, and Vandy
West Division: Arkansas, LSU, Ole Miss, Miss State, Missouri (Okie State if Mizzou went to the Big Ten), Oklahoma, Texas, and TAMU

I am not saying it would necessarily be right or fair for the SEC to get 2 teams into the Playoffs. However, I could understand why the conference would be perceived to be stacked especially if the SEC is able to win the majority of OOC games they play against the other P5 conferences.
