You have never once acknowledged that the ACC schools are going to get additional income for their "Tier 3" rights. You said they gave them away as a throw-in in their media deal with ESPN. But that is patently false and always has been. All of your statements, every one of them (dozens? hundreds?) about Tier 3 and the ACC were fundamentally incorrect.

I don't know if the Big 12 strategy will ultimately pay off better or worse than the ACC strategy. But we can't compare 2 points until we have 2 points to compare.

And for the spin.

Your "make bank" statements have never acknowledged the Big 12 expenses in their Tier 3 deals. Boren has previously said that while their Tier 3 contract is north of $6 million, their net is less than half that because they pay for much of the production cost (that is also a huge issue with the PACN).

And as for what networks the games appear on, each Big 12 school owns 1 football game. So 10 games total per season. That's it. And the networks they appear on are places like ESPN 3, ESPNU, and various regional Fox affiliates. In other words, the same types of places where ACC games wind up.
