In the RT article I believe he stated he didn't want to cut to 197. If he stays in the lower range of 200# maybe getting roughed up by walz and Dunn will convince him to cut to 197. A 20# cut doesn't seem to drastic for a big guy. I cut 17# my senior year and was a middle weight.
