I agree with VT90, love me some good testers

and they have degrees like he references. I feel good testing is important and will work non compensated overtime to train a raw tester that shows initiative.

I have my resume in Capital One and hoping that I will get to move back to Richmond. I am willing to take a huge pay cut to get out of federal contracting. A friend who works at Capital One who reviewed my resume said my upper salary requirements will easily fit their pay. Keeping my fingers crossed.
