Wow, not true in my experience w/Fortune 300 company


The approval process is specifically set up to show ROI, with milestones every 3 years. if the business case is solid, the money gets approved and then ROI is tracked.

Agree with you on gov't, though. That's what happens when too many people with too many perspectives and agendas have to approve something.
