Would the P4 allow one of their four undefeated champs and winners of their CCG, to be displaced by an undefeated ND?

ND would still probably still have a vote initially, as would the other 64 or so schools and their conferences. But I don't see how that vote Even if the ACC would vote against (doubtful) such a proposal, that would box ND in a corner to either join or be left out.

That could not happen until current CFP Agreement expires. ND and Big 12 would have a legit legal argument if CFP contract was violated, UNLESS ALL PARTIES AGREED.
