4 Pods of 4 with rotating divisions = 7 mandatory ACC games

If Texas and ND could play 5 OOC games they can keep their traditional games.

ND - SC, Stanford and Navy with 2 open dates
Texas - OU, Tech/TCU and A&M (ESPN would love this) and two open dates

Other teams could play 8 or 9 games to preserve their regional rivalries but only division games would count for the division title. Wake and UNC already scheduled one of these games so it isn't overly far fetched.
