If you are going there might as well do no pods and 2 or 3

rivals per team. With true pods you are going to stop some major annual rivalries. For example, UVA needs to play UNC and VT but UNC is better off playing Duke or NCSU than VT. I'd be okay with radically changing divisions each year. Hell, make it a lottery each year and televise. But do you really think the ACC would basically do no divisional structure at all after keeping this awkward divisional alignment it has now for so many years which result in teams rarely playing one another?
