Plane large enough to take the team and equipment must fly to Pittsburgh.


Then transport down to Morgantown.

IIRC, when Tech used to play WVU all the time, it went like this. Team and equipment would fly to Pittsburgh, then travel down to Washington, PA and spend the night.

Morning of the game, they'd motor coach from Washington to Morgantown. After the game, the team would fly two different smaller planes directly out of Morgantown, while the equipment would be trucked from Morgantown to Blacksburg.
