They could slightly reduce HC donations and increase face value of good seat locations and high demand games - so predicted net result is slightly positive to HC.

No net affect on season ticket holders and secondary market sellers would have at least have "justification" for selling good seats/high demand games at higher prices. Also wouldn't feel "cheated" getting less for their low demand tickets.
