Think about private non-profit status and what it would cost to lose it

also think about loss of land grant status in the SEC and B1G alone.

the numbers associated with those two figures dwarf anything being considered...billion dollar impacts to some schools.

paying players is almost nothing...schools struggling with that have no business even thinking about big time athletics. but even the biggest boys will push this only so far.
