Even with 4 conferences, I doubt that people want to give up OOC games.

In order for there to be exclusion of ND and others, there will need to be a conference champs only CFP. And if that happens, it will make OOC games worthless.

Now, if conferences get so big that everyone only plays conference games, then that's a different story.
