Here's a disconnect. If you plan to make a $3200 donation for 10 years

you can stop for a number of reasons before you get to 10 years. God forbid, this is an extreme example, you die before the 10 years is up and the HC still has the 10 years worth of money on a membership that can only be "given" to your spouse - can't be given to any other family member. HC has all the money you planned to give up front is a good thing - no reason I can see to turn it down in favor of a 10 year plan.
