Can you or someone confirm the following?
Does your total priority/ranking only help within the tier you purchase (i.e. silver, golden, etc)?
Let me give an example. Let's say there are two donors:
- Donor A has given $60,000 cumulatively over 20 years. He's going to purchase 2 seats at the $800 level for a total of $1600. He makes the donation/seat fee (whatever you want to call it) for $1600 which puts him at the Silver Level.
- Donor B is a brand new donor (so $0 cumulative). He's going to purchase 4 seats at the $800 level for a total of $3200 which puts him at the Golden Level.
There are quite a few things that determine total points/ranking, but it really doesn't matter since Donor B is a brand new donor. He's basically at 0. Donor A has given $60,000 over 20 years so he has at least 1200 points.
So does Donor B get to chose his tickets first because he's at Golden and Donor A is at Silver? Or does Donor A get to chose first because he has more points/higher ranking that Donor B?
