Says almost nothing about how a supposed Big12 expansion might affect ACC


It throws in a total pie in the sky speculation blurb about FSU and another about the Big12 thinking of adding a few of the usual names (but doesn't connect them to the ACC in any way whatsoever).

The only even moderately interesting part is the optimistic reading between the lines about the ACC and potential partnerships with future "media" partners.

The rest is just rehash of what is already thought to be known by those who think they are in the know.
