38 million+ TV households in ACC footprint

There are a little over 38 million TV households in the current ACC footprint, and the latest studies show that roughly 83% of TV households subscribe to a "pay" TV service (cable or satellite), so there would roughly be 31.5 million cable/satellite subscribers.

From those numbers
$0.50 per subscriber = $15.75M x 12 = $189M/year
$0.60 = $18.9M x 12 = $227M/year
$0.70 = $22M x 12 = $265M/year
$0.80 = $25M x 12 = $302M/year
$0.90 = $28M x 12 = $340M/year
$1.00 = $31.5M x 12= $378M/year

Adding UConn would add about 1.1M pay tv households
Adding Navy (Maryland) would add 1.78M pay tv households
Adding Cinncy would add 3.63M pay tv households
Adding WVU would add 590K pay tv households.
Adding Memphis would add 1.98M pay tv households

So, the ACC looking at Navy to fill the "hole" in the footprint makes sense, but looking at WVU to fill another hole in the footprint makes very little financial sense.
