of you. There are simply too many variables to calculate an accurate estimate.

For example, the top 1300 or so in the current priority rankings likely aren't going to move much priority-wise at all. Let's say currently 40% of those 1300 are paying the minimum $500/year. How many of them are going to pony up whatever additional money to keep good seats and parking? I'm guessing most of them will. They will probably only lose 100-200 people at most, IMO. But that's a complete guess and there is really no way to know. A lot of them may just choose to buy a couple seats in lower sections. That could be 0 tickets or it could be a 2000 tickets in lower sections.

Nothing really changes for the current Platinum Hokies (roughly 500 of them).

The Golden Hokies are where it will get very interesting. I think most people that are donating $2k won't have much trouble jumping up to $2500 for good parking. But what about people that buy 4 seats? Going from $2k to $3200 is a much bigger jump. So do they just go to $2500 and buy 4 seats in the $600 section?

Also, a lot of longtime Silver hokies and even Bronze will jump some of the newer Golden Hokies. Do those Silver Hokies pony up $600 additional and buy two $800 seats taking them away from the Golden Hokies? And then all of these variables just continue to trickle down.

Parking will be very interesting too. I think a lot of newer Golden Hokies like myself that like Lot 8 may wind up very disappointed. I think the long-time silver hokies and some of the Golden and champions that don't feel like paying $2500 are going to swallow that lot up before it gets down to us. The question is will there be anything left in Lots 1-5 by that point? If not, newer Golden Hokies are going to be way overpaying for parking compared to the current system.
