From the FAQ:

Is my contribution to the Hokie Club contribution tax deductible?
Yes. All gifts made to the Hokie Club that receive benefits (such as priority on season tickets and parking) are 80 percent tax deductible per IRS regulations. Gifts can be made 100 percent tax deductible if the donor chooses to waive any and all benefits associated with the gift (Including season tickets and parking).
