Will they ever get rid of the darn chains?? A simple laser system would

or could make ball placement so much more accurate. Or GPS in the ball? How about a simple GoPro at the goal line to actually see that the ball crossed the plane?

I swear it's like the show Downton Abbey- if they modernize, then the refs and the chain gang will be put out of business, and no one wants that. Really, who wants accurate field decisions? Cmon now!
