of ACC football games will be slowed down even more by the officials than they already are.

Seriously, I think the ACC officials (as bad as they are anyway) review every other play. On top of that, they never make the call very quickly. This will only slow things down even more... Why even put guys on the field if you have no confidence that they can make the correct call?
