Lansden and others (KJ & Monogram leadership) aren't executing a simple business principle-all gifts are worthy of thanks, and we're all together in a partnership here. How someone who is LOOKING to help can be made to feel unwelcome is just not "The Hokie Way". Definitely not the "Beamer Way". I'm disappointed that Frank was not/or has not been asked to help smoothe the waters in some way here as well as he gets along with everyone, it would make good sense to get his help here.
