A year and half ago I entered into a contract with the Hokie Club to become a Golden Champion pledging $50,000 over 5 years. Reading your latest program it appears the Golden Champion categorization has disappeared. Are you planning on honoring this agreement? By honoring I mean, status above all Diamond Hokies and a yearly $500 maintenance fee following the $50,000 pledge. If not, I would like to sit down and discuss repayment options.

During this call it was made clear to me they would honor the commitment during my pledge period (e.g., while I was paying 10K per year). Following the pledge period, I would reenter the pool fresh. They would count my total donations, but zero bump in priority. If I paid a $1600 seat fee (2 tickets) I would be Silver Hokie. If I wanted to be at a Diamond type of status, it would cost me 10K per year. Needless to say, I was (am) very upset.
