It wasn't communicated well, but by all indications there's a plan to grow the Hokie Club that will be implemented as Step Two. Now, you can argue that it should have been Step One, but I can at least see the logic of the explanation -- that you want a system in place to explain to potential new members rather than bringing new members in with one system and then trying to explain a new system to them.

So shout all you want -- new members are coming.

Now ... what compromise can work for these affected lifetime levels?
