And some of the criticisms were indeed justified and valid to a point. But all organizations that don't change and stagnate never show progression. Constructive criticism is a way to point out what should be painfully obvious. Those who have a vested interest , and the more you invest the more your have that vested interest, are more likely to have discussions without name calling and degradation. Those who don't see the value in any particular organization are more likely to denigrate it and loose interst in it. Rejuvenating our program will take more folks taking ownership and doing what it takes to see it grow.
