Board of visitors saw that the university is an untapped international resource but has been limited due to old tried processes - the entirely new leadership team in year 2 are implementing the vision- athletics perception all resource potential untapped - now we are seeing phase one of many others; after this transition in about 4-5 years expect completely different profile -
