I'm sure WB has done a cost/risk analysis, and I think it will prove to be accurate. WB inherited the "system" we have now. I guess my concern is with the HC. I'm sure the new head of the HC is good, has experience rolling out a "system" like this, and knows what to do. My concern is the HC staff and AD staff below each. The HC has not been very transparent for years, and it's customer service has, historically, been clumsy, at best, for years. IMO, it's very important, that the HC and AthDept be as transparent as possible, and they be nimble in responding to inquiries and complaints. So far, the roll out media blitz by Whit has been good, and I'm sure will continue. To me, the next several months are crucial to "marketing" the redesign of the HC/VTAF.
