The problem is worse if we're in the SEC


I'm not digging real deep for data, but a quick search finds that LSU struggling to keep up with the big givers in the SEC (Alabama). The Tigers receive money from 10 percent of its alumni. They'd be tied for second with NC State in the ACC at 10 percent. 36 percent of Alabama alumni give to the athletic program.
