Sure $8.33 a month doesn't sound like a whole. But it is EVERY month and frankly is not for a NEED but a WANT. As was said in another post below, it comes down to priorities. Sure, if one can't come up with $8.33 a month for a NEED, they have money management issues. But for a WANT, there are a number of other wants that people have. For instance, if I went after every single want because "if you break it down, it's only a few bucks a month", I'd literally have zero money. It's about priorities and just because I choose not to spend 8 bucks a month doesn't mean I have poor money management skills. It just means that in managing my money I have chosen not to pay that 8 bucks a month. Simple as that.
