The reason they lose donations is that historically, they haven't known how to reach out and manage donors. I have stated before that I was a former donor, but they I just felt used and annoyed by the HC reps and whole process. I turned my giving to things like Ronald McDonald House, Boys and Girls Club, etc. Things where I felt like the dollars were both more valued, but also where I felt like I was making a difference.

I will come back with this change and hope that Wit improves the experience.
