I hope y'all are right about the new players coming in. I worry


a little because I have seen talk about the players being highly ranked according to Scout, which is a very unreliable source as far as softball goes. Hopefully the new recruits are as good as you folks say, and they will be 4 year stars here. I definitely believe y'all are right about lacrosse and baseball. With Whit's baseball background, he will definitely try to fix that situation first. Lacrosse has been a problem since the program started - that might be an uphill battle since the parents in most of the club programs here in Maryland are much more likely to consider Tech a last resort compared to the elite private schools and wanna be elite private schools like UVA. I don't know how VT is viewed at the lacrosse powers in NJ or NY, so maybe a good coach might make a difference.
