Here are my top 4 candidates


1.Josh Hexter Elon University. Duke assistant for 8 seasons. Massachusetts native. Elon is ranked #25. Program isn't that old. Would Whit hire a male for WLAX? He just hired Kenny Brooks for women's basketball.

2. Shelley Klaes-Bawcombe -JMU JMU grad. Usually has JMU in top 25-30. Maryland native. Would Whit take another coach from JMU?

3. Mindy McCord - Jacksonville. Lynchburg College grad. Maryland native. Good coach but she hasn't coached against the best.

4. Kateri Linville -Delaware. Delaware grad. New Jersey native. Would she leave her alma mater?

Maybe Whit will find an assistant at one of the top 5 to 10 programs who's ready for a head coaching job?
